Overview
Quantum Power Catamarans answered the call in the demand for larger sized recreational craft, based on numerous requests fielded during international boat shows. After considering various options, we developed the Quantum 4000 series of power catamarans. These production 40 foot catamarans are suited for the sports fishing market - supplemented by excellent cruising capabilities.

Ergonomics
Quantum Power Catamarans provide good rough water performance with notable economy at high speeds, with layout plans optimized for fishing or cruising. Interior design and detail is superb with design emphasis based on taller (6' 3") ergonomics. We have gone the extra mile by radiusing wooden furnishings including door corners and jambs, cabinets and tabletops... even the main electrical switch panels. Our wooden Teak furnishings are all meticulously handcrafted by highly skilled cabinetmakers. Quantum Power Catamarans have 3 luxurious standard color schemes that rival "customized" interiors, with cabin layouts that extend bed space to the max! If money is not an object, we can accommodate specialized interior layouts as additional extras.

Production Models
We have two Quantum Power Catamaran production models available with a range of optional extras to configure them to the boat of your dreams. They are based on a highly developed 40 foot semi-displacement hull optimized to complement larger motors and greater fuel capacities for longer offshore applications. The structural engineering incorporates Kevlar reinforced hulls for strength and impact resistance with carbon fiber in key structural areas, light weight fiberglass bulkheads, and a series of compartments throughout the vessel to provide additional strength. The sleek lines, curved wingdeck, with scalloped tunnels combine to produce a vessel that is soft riding in a wide range of conditions. The transom sections have half-round "bustles" for increased efficiency and control when reversing during docking, but most especially during crucial gamefishing manoeuvers.
